There are no fees for you to use this Mediator Referral Service.You will be provided with the names and contact information of all the family law mediators registered with the service, within your specific county. This information will be sent directly to the individual requesting this information and it will be sent in an email within 24 hours after receiving the request for assistance. Every family law mediator registered with the Mediator Referral Service is registered to attended the CS-PAS symposium or is registered to receive monthly information on the topic of Parental Alienation Syndrome from the CS-PAS. All family law mediators registered with the Mediator Referral Service are awarded a Certificate of Merit. This is a special distinction from CS-PAS for their continuing education on the topic of Parental Alienation Syndrome. The logo of the Certificate of Merit may appear on a website or the letterhead of the referred mediator. DISCLAIMER The CS-PAS Mediator Referral Service has made no comprehensive evaluations about any of the registered Family Law Mediators nor their abilities to assist prospective clients with their family law dispute.
